APPLICATIONS OF COMPUTATIONAL MECHANICS IN STRUCTURES AND FLUIDS
This book collects sixteen papers representing different top-level research areas on computational mechanics in South America.
The autors invited to participate in this book were selected from the South America Congress on Computational Mechanics, which took place in the cities of Paraná and Sante Fe, Argentina, from October 28 to October 31, 2002. The Congress was jointly organized by the Argentinean Association for Computational Mechanics (AMCA) and the Brazilian Association for Computational Mechanics (ABMEC). The International Center for Computational Methods in Engineering (CIMEC) was in charge of the local organization.
The different chapters cover a wide range of applications of innovative computational mechanics in structural mechanics and fluid dynamics problems
